Counseling Policies

What are your hours of operation?

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm EST

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy for coaching sessions?

You have up to 24 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule. Clients who do not show up for their appointment or who do not cancel 24 hours prior to their appointment will be charged the full rate of their session. If you are 15 or more minutes late, you will have to reschedule the appointment.

What forms of payment do you currently accept?

Square and PayPal via website

Venmo and Zelle on a case by case basis.

Do you accept insurance?

No, not at this time.

What is your confidentiality policy?

I strive to create a safe space where vulnerability is welcomed, and you can share your true self knowing that what you share here stays here. We will not share information about you with anyone else without your permission.

Shop Policies

What is your return policy for products?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned.

To initiate your return, please send an email to A receipt or proof of purchase is required. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, for specific products. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please Note: Refunds are not available on Ebooks.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should send an email to Once your refund has been approved, you will receive an email with a shipping address to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
